KAISER PERMANENTE’S SEX CRIMES COVER UP
PROTECTS PERVERTS, NOT PATIENTS
Dr. Andrew Golden, Kaiser-San Diego’s Family Practice Chief, says he’s a fair guy. That’s why he permitted his subordinate, Dr. Bharat Lall, to commit serial sex crimes against women and made him a partner in the Southern California Permanente Medical Group, subsequent to the first complaint.
Dr. Andy protected Dr. Bharat from female patients who complained that:
• Lall examined patients, administering a massage while he stood between their legs, sometimes pressing his body against them as they sat clad in paper gowns,
• Lall straddled the examination table, after directing a woman to put on a paper gown, and massaged her buttocks.
• Lall directed a woman to sit on the edge of the examination table and spread her legs while he stood close to her, pressing his body against her. In that position, he also reached around her, massaging her back and sides while pressing against her pelvis.
• At least 10 women complained to the California Attorney General and to the Los Angeles Times, because Kaiser protects pervert physicians, not patients.
